How to take Fybogel Hi-Fibre Orange:
- Read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use.
- For oral use only.
- Mix the sachet contents with approximately 240ml of cold water. Stir well and drink immediately, preferably after meals.
- Avoid inhaling the powder during preparation.
Dosage:
- Adults and children over 12 years: Take one sachet in the morning and one in the evening.
- Children aged 6-12 years: Take ½ to 1 level 5ml spoonful, depending on age and size, morning and evening.
- Children under 6 years: Not recommended.
Important Notes:
- Do not take without water.
- Do not take immediately before sleeping.
- If there has been no bowel movement after three days of treatment, consult a doctor.
- Avoid exceeding the recommended dose. If you take too much, drink plenty of water.
- Leave at least 30 minutes before or after taking other medications.
