Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Weight Loss Injections Direct, operated and managed by Raylane LTD and owned by Raylane LTD (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the slimmingdirect.co.uk website (the “Site”), as well as any related media forms or platforms.

By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site immediately.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of any updated terms.

Site Ownership

This Site is operated by Raylane LTD, the digital and technology provider behind Weight Loss Injections Direct. Clinical services are provided by Raylane LTD, a registered UK pharmacy regulated by the GPhC.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless stated otherwise, all content, code, databases, and design elements on the Site are the intellectual property of Digitalpharm LTD or its licensors. This includes logos, trademarks, platform functionality, and other materials protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, republish, or exploit any content from this Site without express written permission from Digitalpharm LTD.

User Representations

By using this Site, you confirm that you:

Are over 18 years of age
Will submit only accurate, truthful information
Will use the Site in compliance with all laws
Will not access or use the Site through automated means unless authorised
Are acting in your own personal capacity (not impersonating others)

Medical Disclaimers

The information provided on the Site does not replace face-to-face consultation with your GP. All medical assessments and prescriptions are carried out by licensed UK prescribers under the governance of Raylane Pharmacy.

Orders and Payments

Orders will be approved by the prescriber within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) and up to 48 hours (Saturday–Sunday).

All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes. Payment must be received in full prior to prescription approval and dispatch.

Delivery

Please be aware that Slimming Direct works with DPD to ensure your parcel is delivered securely. Our courier will require appropriate confirmation of delivery to make sure your order is handed over safely.

Slimming Direct cannot accept liability for delivery instructions provided directly by the customer to DPD or left via delivery portals. If you request for your parcel to be left in an alternative location (such as a shed, porch, garage, neighbour, delivery safe place, etc.), this is done at your own risk, and we will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or failure to receive your order as a result.

By placing an order, you agree to these delivery terms.

Cancellations and Refunds

Once a prescription has been issued or medication has been dispensed, we cannot offer refunds, in line with MHRA and GPhC regulations. View our full Cancellations and Refund Policy.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Site to:

Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity
Violate intellectual property rights
Harvest or collect data from other users
Disrupt the functionality of the website or servers
